Clubhouse

The Club is extremely fortunate in a having a Clubhouse on the River Derwent in Darley Abbey.

To find us (See Map ), from Duffield Road (A6), turn into Darley Abbey. 

At the bottom of the hill, turn towards the river - there is a picture frame shop on the corner

Head towards the river and you'll soon see the weir.

Follow the road as if you're going to cross the river on the old toll bridge.

Just before the river is a metal gate

Go through the gate and follow the un-made road for 500 yards until you find the end of the road - Welcome to the Club

The Clubhouse and it's grounds are securely locked when not in use, so if you're heading down to the Club and you haven't got a key, check that someone will be there to let you in.

You can find us at our Clubhouse in Darley Abbey on Thursday evenings, from around 6:30 onwards, between April and October. Please contact us to let us know you are coming, so we can make sure somebody is available to show you around.

You are also welcome to visit the Clubhouse on a Sunday between November and March, but again please let us know if you would like to come, just in case we are off paddling elsewhere.
